IF WE DON’T MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
Our home improvement lead return policy is fair and easy. We offer our residential contractor affiliates credit for invalid leads with a full seven (7) calendar days to return a lead.
If we determine that a lead is invalid, we will issue you a credit (“Credit”), provided, however, that any and all Credits must be requested by you within 7 days of the date that the lead was purchased. Credits that are issued to a contractor affiliate’s account will be issued as store credits. These will be applied toward future charges to a contractor affiliate’s account. Credits will expire, if not used, six months after the date the Credit was issued.
Please note that we can only credit for the reasons listed below and that no funds will ever be credited back to a credit card.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN INVALID LEAD?
A home improvement lead is considered invalid if it meets any of the following conditions:
- The lead is not the homeowner, decision-maker, or someone 18+ years old.
- An invalid phone number and invalid email on the lead does not allow contact with the homeowner.
- The lead is outside of the territory service coverage defined in the contractor’s profile.
- The homeowner’s project does not conform with the type of work defined in contractor’s profile.
LEAD RETURN POLICY – SIMPLE | NO HASSLE
We make our lead return policy a simple, no-hassle process. Each lead returned for credit will be independently verified to ensure it meets the return criteria.
If we verify that the home improvement lead is invalid, we will credit your account for a replacement lead. You’re covered, no worries.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU
Shouldn’t you be that residential contractor talking to that homeowner about their home improvement project? They are just waiting for your telephone call.
