CUSTOMER SERVICES – HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

First of all, there is no charge to you the homeowner for this service and you are under no obligation to work with one of our recommended contractors. Regardless of your decision, we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions.

Once we have electronically received your remodeling project information, we do a quality assurance review. Basically this includes verifying your contact information, project details, time-frame to start and permission to be contacted by a residential contractor. Occasionally, when our quality check raises a “flag”, we will contact you via Email or telephone to update your project information.

We filter our network of contractors based on your location and type of remodeling project. Then, based on the contractors available in your location and the time-from of your project, they will then be in contact with you. Occasionally, if we do not find a local contractor in our network, we will make best effort to locate one.
